WELCOME to Health Matters Online, where you can download copies of a new bi-monthly newsletter for people of all ages in and around the Rossendale Valley who are interested in a natural approach to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Health Matters is a FREE, practical guide, which will feature regular news on research into alternative health treatments, tips on nutrition, fitness and herbal supplements and explore the benefits of using organic cosmetics and toiletries.

Each issue will feature expert advice from local complementary medicine practitioners on the treatments available for a wide range of conditions, such as pain relief in chronic illnesses, how to improve mobility after accidents and sports injuries, and various ways to alleviate stress-related disorders.

As  we are predicted to live longer than any previous generation, maintaining health is more important than ever if we want to stay fit and active well into old age.

Printed copies are also available at various community centres and businesses around the Valley.
